Your movie order has been successful!

1. In the next 5-8 minutes you will receive an email to the address you used to register with the log in details to access the online movie, and any online extras you have purchased. Please check your email, it may also be delivered to your spam folder.

2. If you are an existing customer, you can now log in to your account and the new content will be in your library. The library link will show in the top navigation bar when you log in. If you have forgotten you log in details email us and we will resend them to you

3. If you have ordered a DVD, and did not yet fill in your postal address on purchase (eg. existing customer)  please complete this form, so we can send you your DVD. 
4. When will I receive my DVD? If you have ordered a DVD, please allow up to 3 weeks for it to arrive. We will do our best to get this to you as fast as possible. If after this time your DVD has not arrived please contact us.
5. Your online version of the movie is in your library. To access it  login and click on the library link in the top navigation bar to show all your digital purchases.
