2. If you are an existing customer, you can now log in to your account and the new content will be in your library. The library link will show in the top navigation bar when you log in. If you have forgotten you log in details email us and we will resend them to you

3. When will I receive my DVD? The DVDs ship from the USA. Please allow 3 weeks for it to arrive. If after this time your DVD has not arrived please contact us.
4. Your online version of the movie is in your library. To access it  login and click on the library link in the top navigation bar to show all your digital purchases.
